Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task across various programs and applications
- Ability to adapt positively to change and work under pressure while maintaining a professional demeanor
