Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), this role will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while managing administrative tasks and maintaining professional relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
