Job Summary
Providing exceptional service in a multi-channel environment, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) will respond to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring timely and accurate assistance while maintaining professional relationships with internal and external customers.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Ability to utilize G-Suite applications effectively
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
