Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, hybrid role, addressing inquiries via multiple channels and maintaining professional relationships while managing administrative functions.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative tasks such as password resets, service requests, and maintaining knowledge of products and services
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and co-workers to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications such as Gmail and Google Docs
