Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist fluent in Mandarin, this remote position will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist with account management and order inquiries, and handle customer tickets during afternoon to evening shifts.

Key responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from customers and restaurants, and make outbound calls for follow-ups
  • Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
  • Document correspondence between restaurants and customers while performing minor troubleshooting
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
  • Self-directed and self-motivated with computer proficiency in a Windows environment
