Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while working remotely or in-person at the Columbia, MO corporate headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while performing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance product knowledge and comply with company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service delivery
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
