Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will answer inbound calls, assist customers with account navigation and appointment scheduling, and ensure a positive experience while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and provide helpful support to customers
- Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
Required qualifications:
