Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and managing administrative tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests, while complying with corporate policies and procedures
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and navigate various programs efficiently
  • Ability to adapt to change positively and handle difficult customer interactions professionally
