Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers in a multi-channel environment, while working remotely, in a hybrid, or in-person capacity from Columbia, MO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required Qualifications
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Ability to effectively utilize G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
