Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours) to provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers through various channels, while managing administrative tasks and maintaining professional relationships in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email, ensuring timely and professional service
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers, contributing to departmental goals
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while providing superior customer service
