Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time remote or hybrid role, handling inquiries through various channels and maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, such as password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with customers and co-workers
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
