Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service to internal and external customers in a full-time, hybrid role, managing inquiries through multiple channels and maintaining professional relationships while supporting EquipmentShare's mission.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
- Working knowledge of G-Suite applications
