Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service to internal and external customers through various channels while working remotely, in a hybrid, or in-person capacity at the Columbia, MO corporate headquarters.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing administrative functions within core systems
  • Enhance knowledge of EquipmentShare products and services to effectively address customer inquiries and support requests
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Drive
