Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role involves providing exceptional service to internal and external customers through various communication channels while maintaining professional relationships and managing support requests in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries via telephone, chat, and email accurately and professionally
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including password resets and service requests
  • Establish and maintain professional working relationships with customers and co-workers to facilitate effective support
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including speaking, reading, and writing
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
