Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to EquipmentShare's customers in a full-time remote or hybrid role, managing inquiries through various channels and maintaining professional relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
- Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
- Establish and maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- Ability to navigate various programs and applications while providing superior service
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
