Job Summary

Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time, hybrid role, managing inquiries via phone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries through multiple channels with timely and accurate information
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, including service requests and password resets
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, ideally in a contact center environment
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, including reading and writing skills
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, such as Gmail and Google Docs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
