Job Summary
Bilingual Customer Support Specialists will provide exceptional after-hours service and support to internal and external customers in a full-time role, managing inquiries via telephone, chat, and email while maintaining professional relationships and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries accurately and professionally across multiple channels
- Establish and maintain relationships with customers and co-workers while managing service requests
- Perform administrative tasks within core systems, ensuring compliance with company policies and service standards
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred
- At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
