Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (After Hours), the role will provide exceptional service and support to internal and external customers via multiple channels while working in a hybrid environment from Columbia, MO.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries through telephone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers while managing time effectively to meet service standards
  • Perform administrative functions within core systems, such as password resets and service requests, ensuring compliance with company policies
Required qualifications
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish with proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing
  • High school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact center or multi-channel communication environment
  • Working knowledge of G-Suite applications, including Gmail and Google Docs
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and adapt to changing environments
