Job Summary
Seeking a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist to provide superior technical support and troubleshooting for customers in a full-time remote position, utilizing technical expertise and customer service skills to resolve issues and enhance user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, research, and resolve technical and application-related issues for customers
- Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in Salesforce to ensure service reliability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- General automotive knowledge
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
