Key responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical and application-related issues for customers
  • Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products and services
  • Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in Salesforce to ensure service reliability
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • General automotive knowledge
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
