Job Summary
Providing remote customer support, the full-time Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will assist customers and restaurant owners with account management, order inquiries, and minor troubleshooting while working afternoon to evening shifts.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer and restaurant inquiries
- Manage incoming tickets generated from email or text via CRM and return calls for voicemails
- Document correspondence between restaurants and customers while performing miscellaneous clerical duties
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Experience in a call center or food industry is a plus
- Proficiency in operating a computer in a Windows-based environment
