Job Summary
To support utility customers in enhancing energy efficiency, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will manage inbound calls, provide program education, and assist with scheduling and technical inquiries while navigating multiple platforms.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and support for various energy efficiency programs
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with enrollment, scheduling, and technical inquiries
- Utilize multiple platforms and scripts to deliver accurate information and support
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
- Ability to type 35+ WPM
- Strong customer service orientation with a sales-focused attitude
