Job Summary

To support utility customers in enhancing energy efficiency, the full-time remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will manage inbound calls, provide program education, and assist with scheduling and technical inquiries while navigating multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support for various energy efficiency programs
  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with enrollment, scheduling, and technical inquiries
  • Utilize multiple platforms and scripts to deliver accurate information and support
Required qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center
  • Ability to type 35+ WPM
  • Strong customer service orientation with a sales-focused attitude
