Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Associate Customer Support Technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer real-time customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software issues
  • Triage and troubleshoot problems to document customer issues effectively
  • Provide professional customer service and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Fluent in both French and English
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
  • Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
