Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Answer real-time customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat regarding software issues
- Triage and troubleshoot problems to document customer issues effectively
- Provide professional customer service and escalate unresolved issues as necessary
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Fluent in both French and English
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Experience working with technology and Microsoft applications
- Experience in a real-time customer support center is preferred
