Bilingual Debt Collections Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Spanish/English Debt Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients in resolving outstanding payments on past due accounts
• Identify problem accounts and escalate as appropriate
• Update patient records and achieve monthly department collection goals

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School Diploma required
• 1 - 2 years of related experience
• Ability to multitask within multiple channels of technology
• General computer skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and email applications
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and organizational skills
