Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from prospective customers seeking individual dental insurance coverage
• Assess customer needs, recommend plan options, and explain costs and benefits clearly
• Guide customers through the enrollment process and document all interactions accurately

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of licensed health or dental insurance sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
• Bilingual in Spanish, including reading, writing, and speaking
• Active insurance sales license in accordance with state Department of Insurance requirements
• Ability to manage high call volumes while adhering to established workflows
