Bilingual Dental Scheduler

Job Summary

Fluent in both English and Spanish, the full-time Bilingual Dental Scheduler will efficiently manage back-to-back calls to schedule appointments for dental patients while providing excellent customer service in a remote call center environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Answer calls promptly and complete standard calls within specified time limits
• Provide exceptional patient care and customer service at all times
• Manage time effectively while prioritizing tasks and responding to feedback

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 2-year post high school education preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a phone-based role
• Fluency in Spanish is mandatory
• Strong internet connection required for remote work
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and assessments
