Bilingual Development Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Development Officer fluent in English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage grant writing, including researching opportunities and drafting proposals
• Oversee donor stewardship and maintain donor database communications
• Collaborate with the Fund Development Committee to plan and execute fundraising campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Native or bilingual fluency in English with professional-level writing skills
• Fluency or advanced proficiency in Spanish for collaboration with staff in Peru
• Demonstrated experience in grant prospecting, research, and writing
• Experience with donor stewardship and maintaining donor databases
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
