Job Summary
Driven by a long-term ambition to become a full-cycle Account Executive, the full-time Bilingual Hybrid Development Representative (Thai) will engage in high-volume outreach to prospective businesses, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for Account Executives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute at least 100 outreach activities daily, including calls, emails, and social touch points
- Conduct qualification calls to assess prospects' needs and determine suitability for the digital platform
- Facilitate seamless handoffs of qualified leads to Account Executives for follow-up and closing
Required qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Thai and English, with the ability to read, write, and speak both languages
- Demonstrated ambition to progress to a full-cycle Account Executive role
- Proven ability to meet ambitious daily activity goals and handle rejection effectively
- Strong self-accountability and ownership of performance metrics
- A growth mindset with a willingness to seek feedback and improve continuously
