Job Summary

Providing holistic, empathetic care remotely, the full-time Bilingual Digital Care Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) will manage patient interactions through digital channels, ensuring clinical accuracy and continuity of care while working 4-10 hour shifts each week.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional clinical care through real-time and asynchronous digital communication
• Manage multiple patient conversations while maintaining accurate documentation and follow-through
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and support care coordination with family members

Required qualifications

• Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with three or more years of experience in primary care or related fields
• Active and in-good-standing RN and APRN licenses for Nurse Practitioners or an active Physician Assistant license
• Ability to review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy and safety
• Willingness to obtain licensure in additional states as required
• Experience in virtual care or telehealth environments preferred
