Key Responsibilities
- Provide real-time digital member support through SMS and Portal Chat, ensuring efficient and empathetic guidance
- Manage multiple concurrent conversations while meeting digital service level expectations and participating in outreach initiatives as needed
- Collaborate with clinical teams and cross-functional partners to resolve member needs and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of call center or high-volume patient-facing experience
- Proficiency in digital communication across chat and portal channels
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual in Spanish, with written and oral communication skills
- Availability to work variable shifts across multiple time zones, including weekends
