  • Collaborate with clinical teams and cross-functional partners to resolve member needs and ensure proper follow-up and resolution
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of call center or high-volume patient-facing experience
  • Proficiency in digital communication across chat and portal channels
  • Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual in Spanish, with written and oral communication skills
  • Availability to work variable shifts across multiple time zones, including weekends
