Job Summary

As a full-time Bilingual Digital Operations Representative, the successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales growth through consultative techniques, and engage customers in a remote environment while assisting them with financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide outstanding support to customers, guiding them through the loan process with care and professionalism
• Utilize consultative sales techniques to educate customers on financial products and identify upselling opportunities
• Manage inbound and outbound calls to attract new business and support delinquency management efforts

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus
• Spanish fluency required (bilingual English/Spanish)
• Experience in customer service, sales, or consumer finance is preferred but not required
