Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the main contact for communication and collaboration with assigned accounts
  • Review and verify FMLA and Disability forms for validity and compliance
  • Provide world-class customer service while ensuring patient privacy and handling high call volumes
Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to conduct and interpret HIPAA/Privacy Guidelines
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time management
  • Proven consistent dependability and attendance
  • Confidentiality and discretion are required
