A company is looking for a Remote Bilingual Disability Specialist (Advocate).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for health plan members, providing support and clarifying information

• Gather and submit necessary documentation for disability applications while ensuring compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service; experience in social services or disability processing is a plus
• Fluency in English and Spanish, with strong interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a goal-driven mindset and willingness to learn
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and capable of navigating multiple software platforms
• Able to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment
