Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance donor relations, the full-time Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist (Mandarin) will manage donor searches, engage with potential donors to educate them about the donation process, and maintain accurate records while working in a mission-driven call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Locates and contacts donors using various data sources and educates them about the donation process
• Conducts health screenings and coordinates necessary follow-up actions, ensuring compliance with operational standards
• Builds and maintains relationships with internal teams and external partners to support donor operations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced internet research skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage a high volume of challenging interactions
• Familiarity with medical terminology and experience in behavioral coaching preferred
