Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist, Bilingual, Mandarin/Chinese, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using various data sources and internet tools
• Conduct health screenings and coordinate blood draw logistics while maintaining donor confidentiality
• Establish and maintain relationships with donor operations and collaborating departments to support donor engagement

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• At least three years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting
• Fluency in Mandarin/Chinese and English, with advanced communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research tools
• Experience in behavioral coaching or communication regarding health-related topics
