Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist, Bilingual (Spanish) to provide high-quality customer service and engage with donors remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and educate donors regarding donation processes and health screenings
• Coordinate blood draws and manage donor records while ensuring confidentiality
• Collaborate with various teams and maintain relationships with donor operations and external partners

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related healthcare field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction
• Proficient in MS Office and advanced internet research skills
• Ability to manage high volumes of challenging files in a call center environment
• Experience with basic word processing and data entry
