Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist, Bilingual (Mandarin) to provide high-quality customer service and engage donors remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and locate donors for search-related activities using various tools and methods
• Conduct health screenings and manage donor participation processes, including scheduling and documentation
• Establish and maintain relationships with donor operations and collaborating departments to support donor engagement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a health care related field, or equivalent experience
• Three plus years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced internet research skills, including social media
• Ability to manage high volumes of challenging files and demonstrate strong communication skills
• Experience with basic word processing and data entry
