Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist, Bilingual (Vietnamese) to provide high-quality customer service to donors and facilitate the donation process.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact and educate donors regarding the donation process, addressing any misconceptions
• Conduct health screenings and coordinate necessary follow-up activities for donors
• Maintain compliance with operational standards and document all donor interactions accurately

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three or more years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction
• Proficient in MS Office and basic data entry skills
• Advanced internet research skills, including familiarity with social media
• Ability to manage a high volume of challenging files in a call center environment
