Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist- Bilingual (Mandarin).

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using various data sources and internet tools
• Educate and engage donors on the donation process and assess their health conditions
• Coordinate donor activities, including scheduling tests and managing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related health care field, or equivalent experience
• Three plus years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills
• Advanced internet research skills and familiarity with social media
• Ability to manage a high volume of challenging files in a call center environment
