Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Donor Engagement Specialist- Bilingual (Vietnamese).

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using various data sources and investigative skills
• Educate and engage donors about the donation process, addressing misconceptions and barriers
• Coordinate donor health screenings and manage operational activities while maintaining confidentiality

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a healthcare-related field, or equivalent experience
• Three plus years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic data entry skills
• Advanced internet research skills, including familiarity with social media
• Ability to manage a high volume of challenging files and multitask in a fast-paced environment
