Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist

Job Summary

To enhance donor engagement efforts, the full-time Bilingual Donor Engagement Specialist will manage donor communications, conduct health screenings, and collaborate with various teams to support the donation process while ensuring high-quality customer service in a call center environment.

Key responsibilities

• Locate and contact donors using investigative skills and various data sources
• Educate donors about the donation process and address any misconceptions
• Coordinate donor health screenings and manage related documentation and follow-ups

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human services or a related health care field, or equivalent experience
• Three years of experience in customer relations or direct patient interaction in a clinical setting
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced internet research skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage in a mission-driven call center environment
• Experience with data entry and documentation practices
