Bilingual Driver Engagement Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Bilingual Driver Engagement Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound phone calls from provided call lists according to established guidelines and schedules
• Engage with individuals courteously and professionally answer customer questions
• Accurately and comprehensively perform data entry based on the results of your outreach

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent in Arabic or Persian (Farsi) and English
• Must have access to a computer in a quiet environment and with a steady internet connection
• Ability to work independently
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or training in communication or customer service is a plus
• Available at least 20 hours per week
