A company is looking for a Bilingual Driver Engagement Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound phone calls according to established guidelines and schedules
• Engage with customers, answer questions, and document responses accurately
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in Arabic or Persian (Farsi) and English
• Access to a computer in a quiet environment with a steady internet connection
• Ability to work independently and be available for at least 20 hours per week
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in communication or customer service is a plus
