Bilingual Driver Services Associate

Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time Bilingual Driver Services Associate will resolve inquiries and manage calls in a remote environment, ensuring customer satisfaction while adhering to client guidelines and departmental procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Effectively communicate resolution procedures and follow up on customer inquiries
• Handle difficult situations appropriately and efficiently to maintain customer satisfaction
• Interpret client guidelines to make informed decisions regarding product inquiries and emergencies

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and/or French is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Typing speed of 35+ words per minute
• Knowledge of the automobile leasing industry is beneficial but not required
