Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Service Representative - Russian Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries related to eligibility and coverage
• Collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address eligibility and premium issues
• Manage caregiver requests within required turnaround times and communicate effectively with internal partners

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Russian/English or Korean/English
• High School diploma or GED; some college or business school education is advantageous
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions
• Prior high-volume call center experience
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
