Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Eligibility Service Representative - Mandarin/Cantonese Speaking.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries regarding eligibility and coverage
• Collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address eligibility and co-premium issues
• Conduct outreach to internal partners and manage caregiver requests within required turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese and English
• Flexible availability for shifts between 11AM and 9PM EST, Monday through Friday
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions
• High School diploma or GED required; some college or business school education preferred
• Prior high-volume call center experience and general knowledge of HIPAA Confidentiality
