Job Summary
Bilingual Eligibility Service Representatives fluent in Russian will manage caregiver inquiries and eligibility issues in a full-time role, utilizing multi-channel communication methods including phone, chat, and email, while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Resolve caregiver inquiries and collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address eligibility and co-premium issues
- Utilize decision-support tools for effective issue resolution and maintain timely communication with internal partners
- Participate in initiatives aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and support various departmental projects as directed by management
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Russian/English or Korean/English
- Flexible availability for shifts between 11AM and 9PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions
- Prior high-volume call center experience
- High School diploma or GED; some college or business school education is advantageous
