Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative
Job Summary
To support the Eligibility & Benefits team, the full-time Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative will manage caregiver inquiries, resolve eligibility issues, and communicate effectively through various channels while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries related to eligibility and coverage changes
- Collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address eligibility and premium issues through follow-up outreach
- Perform call center functions, including handling inbound calls and managing requests within required turnaround times
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish/English
- Flexible availability for shifts between 11AM and 9PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions
- Prior high-volume call center experience
- High School diploma or GED
