Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative
Job Summary
Seeking a full-time Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative fluent in Korean and English, who will manage caregiver inquiries, resolve eligibility issues, and support the Eligibility & Benefits team through effective communication across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Receive and resolve inquiries from caregivers regarding eligibility and coverage issues
- Collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address and follow up on eligibility and co-premium concerns
- Perform call center functions, including handling inbound calls and supporting various projects as directed by management
Required qualifications
- Bilingual in Korean/English
- Flexible availability for shifts between 11AM and 9PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions
- Prior experience in a high-volume call center environment
- High School diploma or GED
