Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time Bilingual Eligibility Service Representative will manage caregiver inquiries, resolve eligibility issues, and communicate effectively across multiple channels while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and resolve caregiver inquiries regarding eligibility and coverage changes
• Collaborate with the Benefits Enrollment team to address eligibility and co-premium issues through follow-up outreach
• Perform call center functions, including handling inbound calls and supporting projects as directed by management

Required qualifications

• Bilingual in Mandarin/Cantonese and English
• Experience in high-volume enrollment and eligibility transactions
• Prior high-volume call center experience
• High School diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
