Bilingual Employee Relations Investigator
Job Summary
Seeking a Bilingual Employee Relations Investigator proficient in Spanish/Portuguese, the remote full-time role will manage high-volume workplace investigations involving employee relations matters and company policy violations, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct workplace investigations related to discrimination, harassment, and other policy violations
- Interview employees and stakeholders, preparing findings and collaborating with HR and Employee Relations teams for timely resolutions
- Ensure investigations comply with applicable employment laws and company policies
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of employee relations investigation experience in a corporate environment
- Availability to work a 4:00 PM-12:00 AM shift remotely
- Experience in conducting high-volume workplace investigations, preferably in a large technology company
- Strong knowledge of workplace investigation best practices and employment laws, including Title VII
- Proficiency in English and Spanish/Portuguese
